Located between Washtenaw and Packard, the Ann Arbor Woods neighborhood is a hidden gem in a serene environment.  Situated next to both Buhr Park and County Farm Park, residents have tons of recreation opportunities at their feet.  Buhr Park features a six-lane, 25 yard pool and interactive children's play area. It also features 39 acres of rolling hills, a picnic area, children's play area, softball diamonds, soccer fields and outdoor tennis courts. County Farm Park is a 141 acre park with an assortment of nature trails, woods, etc and is also the location of the Meri Lou Murray Recreation Center.

The majority of homes are well built brick ranches and tri-levels, with a spattering of 2 story colonials. This Ann Arbor neighborhood has matured very nicely with many large trees lining the curving hilly streets. Allen elementary school is located in the heart of the neighborhood, and children can walk to school without having to cross a busy street. Close to shopping, highways, and main attractions, the location couldn't be better. Residents are also just minutes from Ann Arbor, the University of Michigan, US-23 & I-94, and Briarwood mall.
