Kandace Fredrick has been in the Real Estate Industry since 2000. Her love of building client relationships urged her to start her career as an Exclusive Buyer's Agent. This time allowed her to focus on ensuring that buyers were being fully represented. She took several builders classes which enabled her to educate her buyer clients and to facilitate a smooth and informed transaction.

After spending 6 years as a Buyer's Agent, Kandace went the extra mile to accumulate her Broker's License, and spent the next 19 years as an Independent Broker. This allowed her to spend more time with her family and work primarily on a referral basis. She focused on maintaining past client relationships and helping those that needed it the most. 

Kandace is very excited to now work behind the scenes as a specialist in the duties as Closing Manager for The Bouma Group. She intends to continue to bring top notch customer service to our clients and coordinate an effortless transaction from contract to closing.
